PLEASE BE AS SPECIFIC AS POSSIBLE WHEN PROVIDING DESIGN DETAILS. SEND ANY AND ALL INSPIRATION PHOTOS, INVITATIONS, EXAMPLE DESIGNS, ETC. Once we send your proof, two rounds of minor revisions are allotted. Additional minor revisions and/or any major design revisions will result in a design fee of $15+. For example, complete theme changes, changing a photo that has already been edited, changing your items, or multiple design changes would be considered major changes. We allow up to 72 hours for approval; after 72 hours have passed, the order will be printed and assembled as is.

Shipping

At Mommy Made Memories, we craft most of our items to order, ensuring a handmade touch for your special occasions.

Processing Time: 2-4 weeks

Shipment Date: We ship based on the date you need the order, not the event date. Specify your desired arrival date during checkout.

Shipping Methods: We use USPS Priority mail or UPS for all orders. A tracking number is provided once your order is shipped.

Returns

Due to the unique and personalized nature of our products, we don't accept returns or cancellations. However, if your plans change, you can modify the theme or items in your order as long as production hasn't started.
